Hassle-Free Exchange Policy
At Weedcommerce we proudly stand behind all of the brands that we carry. If your product arrives damaged or defective, we’ll send out a fresh replacement as soon as possible at no additional cost. If the same product is unavailable, we will provide a comparable replacement. Simply return the original item to your delivery driver when your replacement product arrives.
Defective or damaged products are eligible for exchange if they meet the following conditions:
- For California customers: exchanges must be initiated within 14 days of original purchase
- For Oregon customers: exchanges must be initiated within 3 days of original purchase
- Product must be in new or lightly used condition
- Product cannot be returned if damage is a result of misuse
